US & UK Warehouse Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our US and UK warehouses.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, or up to 14 business days under certain conditions.

Carriers: We use USPS for shipments in the US and Royal Mail for shipments in the UK.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each order, allowing you to track your package from dispatch to delivery.

Insurance: All shipments include lost package insurance at no additional cost to you.

Thailand Warehouse Shipping (For Other Countries)

Product Range: This includes custom products, Product No. 1 SKU in large quantities (500 - 1000 units or more), and products that are out of stock in our US/UK warehouses.

Carrier: We use DHL Express for international shipments.
Delivery Time: Deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Tracking: Every order shipped via DHL Express comes with a tracking number, ensuring you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Express Shipping: This service is ideal for urgent deliveries, ensuring your package arrives swiftly within the stated timeframe.
